RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the denominations of months in the period from 1 March to 31 December 1991 Adopted by the State Duma on June 28, 2000 Approved by the Federation Council on 7 July 2000 This Federal Law sets the numerical values of the redenomination factors as defined in article 5 of the Federal Law July 12, 1999 of the year N 162-FZ "On the procedure for the transfer of state securities of the USSR and certificates of the Savings Bank of the USSR to the special debt obligations of the Russian Federation" (Assembly of Russian Laws, 1999, N 29, Art. 3683). Article 1. The rates of redenomination established by this Federal Act apply in cases and in the manner determined by federal laws. Article 2. Set the following numeric values for months in the period from 1 March to 31 December 1991: for March-0.91; for April-0.52; for May -0.51; for June-0.50; for July-0.50; for August-0.51; for September-0.53; for October-0.52; for October-0.49; for November-0.43.
